Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned goods that are not in their original resaleable condition.
- Please note that customised or special order items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive damaged or defective products, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund once the defective product is received and inspected.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and will be automatically returned to the sender.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, email us at info@inspireclick.co.uk or call +44 (0) 20 3004 8663 with your order number, reason for return, and product details.
- Our team will review your request and issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) if you are eligible.
- You need to ship the product securely in its original packaging, including the proof of purchase and the RAN, to the address provided by our team.
- Please note that the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds and Processing Time
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 days using your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our behalf.
- For exchange, we only consider products that are defective or damaged.
